The Leaders in Robinson Chiropractic Care
Dr. Ryan Leach and Dr. Autumn Leach
Dr. Ryan Leach began his journey in chiropractic while attending Jenks High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a tennis player competitive at the high school, regional, and national level, he experienced the benefits of chiropractic care through treatment of several musculoskeletal injuries. After experiencing the positive results of chiropractic first hand, he developed a passion for the discipline.
Dr. Leach received his bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of Arkansas in 2009. He then attended Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri, where he earned an additional Bachelor’s of Human Biology, followed by his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2012. While at Logan, Dr. Leach became proficient in multiple techniques including Logan Basic, Diversified, Thompson, and Cox flexion/distraction. In November of 2012 he became full body certified in Active Release Technique (ART), which he uses as a supplement to chiropractic adjusting.
After graduating from Logan, Dr. Leach had the privilege of working under Dr. Kurt Ochsner in Tulsa, the same doctor that treated him as a high school athlete and led him into chiropractic years before. While at Ochsner Chiropractic Center, he treated a wide scope of patients ranging from weeks old to patients in their nineties and everything in between. In June of 2015, Dr. Leach moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to open 412 Performance Chiropractic out of a local gym with a focus on injury prevention and treatment in athletes. It has since grown into the wide scope and full service clinic that it is today providing Pittsburgh with chiropractic care with a variety of techniques.
Dr. Leach is currently pursuing a certification in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) to provide a service that is not widely available in the area. There is only one fully certified DNS provider in Pennsylvania- Dr. Justin Baker, a fellow Logan graduate and member of the Trinity Sports Medicine Team.
Dr. Autumn Leach was born and raised in the upstate of South Carolina, where she was active in competitive dance and cheerleading for over ten years. After a low back injury at the age of fourteen, Dr. Autumn was fortunate enough to discover the healing art of chiropractic and her life was changed. She immediately connected with the chiropractic philosophy that centers around the body's self-healing capabilities and knew without any doubt she had found her career path.
In 2009, she graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate and moved to Saint Louis, MO, where she earned a second BS degree in Life Science and her doctorate from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2012. Dr. Autumn uses a variety of techniques including Diversified, Thompson, Logan Basic, Webster, and SOT. She has additional training in prenatal and pediatric care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) as well as enzyme therapy and is a certified Internal Health Specialist through the Loomis Institute.
Dr. Autumn is the founder of The Holistic Nest, a project devoted to raising awareness about environmental chemicals/toxins that compromise our health and reducing exposure in an effort to raise healthier families. She is passionate about nutrition, living a holistic lifestyle, and helping others achieve optimal health through natural, plant-based health care.
Finnley Grace Leach joined our team in June of 2017, just 3 weeks after opening our new location! She currently works as our office greeter, but has been known to sneak into the treatment rooms to assist with her favorite patients! Her favorite things include other babies, dirt, her blanket, boys, skipping naps, and blowing kisses. Finnley adds an additional element of therapy to our care, and sometimes people will show up 30 minutes early just to hang out with her. She will shower you with smiles and may just steal your heart :)
Update:
Over 5 years later, Finn still loves greeting patients when she visits the office. She may invite you to ride on her imaginary airplane (with rearranged office furniture) or send you home with a colorful piece of artwork. Her dream is to become an artist when she grows up. She also enjoys dancing, singing, and being a big sister to Bowen.
Dr. Justin Baker joined 412 Performance Chiropractic in April of 2025 to provide Functional Medicine services to Robinson Township and the surrounding areas. Dr. Baker’s journey to create The Functional Health Institute started during his chiropractic training. While at Logan University, Dr. Baker learned the importance and role of proper nutrition, a healthy lifestyle, and motivation when combating disease and immune dysfunction. Recognizing the role and healing potential of food and proper exercise allowed him to discover and treat his own family suffering with both acute and chronic illnesses. In conjunction with traditional allopathic medicine, Dr. Baker learned that providing a holistic approach to create a robust and healthier human host, one that can combat certain ailments, with and without, traditional approaches in medicine. After caring for thousands of patients and treating their musculoskeletal issues, Dr. Baker began realizing that some patients require more than traditional treatments when combating systemic illnesses. After hundreds of hours of additional training, Dr. Baker recognized that utilizing a more functional approach could help aid these patients in improving their overall health. Therefore, Dr. Baker created The Functional Health Institute.
By following a systems-based approach to help support individual conditions, Dr. Baker guides his patients at The Functional Health Institute on a journey of self improvement, self healing, and a healthier overall lifestyle. Through the utilization of advanced testing, diet, and lifestyle changes that remove offensive and sensitive food groups, The Functional Health Institute works with patients own overall health to improve their innate ability to heal. Recommending lifestyle interventions, such as proper sleep, hydration, and exercise, Dr. Baker crafts individualized plans for patients to start and continue towards a healthy life. Using a patient-centered approach, individuals can now combat their acute and chronic illnesses, naturally, and more quickly while promoting an overall healthier well-being.
